We currently deliver across the state of Goa, India.

• Delivery Timeline
  All orders will be delivered within 2 weeks from the date of purchase. The exact delivery date will be scheduled by our team based on availability.

• Delivery Coordination
  Our team will contact you in advance to confirm and coordinate the delivery schedule. Please ensure that you (or an authorized person) are available at home at the agreed time.

• Missed Deliveries
  If no one is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, a re-delivery charge will apply for a second attempt.

• Assembly Service
  Furniture assembly is included as part of our delivery service. Our team will assemble your order upon delivery so it’s ready to use.

• Shipping & Assembly Charges
  Shipping and assembly are free only on orders above the minimum purchase amount stated on our Home Page. For orders below this threshold, delivery and assembly fees will apply.

• Returns Policy
  We take pride in the quality of our products. Returns are only accepted in the case of genuine product defects or damages. Orders without defects cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Important Note
  Successful delivery requires your presence to inspect and accept the furniture at the time of arrival.
