We do not offer refunds on any purchases unless the product is found to be damaged at the time of delivery and assembly. -
Reporting Damages
Any damages must be identified and reported immediately during delivery and assembly, in the presence of our team. Once our team leaves your home, we cannot accept claims for damages. -
Refund Eligibility
If a product is confirmed to be damaged upon delivery, we will process your refund in accordance with our standard procedures. -
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:-
Change of mind after purchase
